Lisa Ruckh - Director of Group Fitness

Lisa is a nationally certified instructor, trainer, and nutrition coach with decades of experience. She began teaching fitness classes and personal training as a teenager at a small neighborhood gym in her hometown in the San Gabriel Valley. Initially motivated by her own health and weight loss benefits, Lisa found even greater fulfillment in inspiring healthy changes, attitudes, and goals in others. Witnessing her clients achieve milestones in their health, fitness improvement, and weight loss brings her immense joy, and she leads by example by maintaining a steadfast dedication to exercise as a lifestyle.

From the outset, Lisa's aspiration was to present herself as a knowledgeable and integrious fitness professional. She diligently stays on top of industry trends and advancements through continued education, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and results-oriented classes and training sessions. Lisa believes in educating her clients on the "whys" as much as the "hows", considering it essential for empowerment.
