Church of Pilates: Named by our devoted regulars, a unique class that fuses Mat Pilates core strength techniques, rehab stabilization & balance training, Power Yoga and deep flexibility exercise. Increase mind/body concentration, functional strength, coordination and balance.
Pound: Combines cardio & strength training via drumming to achieve a dynamic, full-body workout. Using lightly weighted Ripstix to drum over 15,000 reps per session, this very low-impact workout is exhilarating, targets all the large and stabilizing muscle groups and burns up to 900 calories! **Ripstix are provided. We currently have 15 pair, limiting the class to 15 members on a first come,first-served basis. You may also purchase your own pair of Ripstix on the Pound website and bring them with you to class.**
Restoration: Get relaxed, refreshed and balanced with a fusion of alignment and breath-based yoga postures, deep stretching, Mat Pilates and meditation. Each class is a customized blend created by the instructor.
